In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

As-salāmu ʿalaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuh,

Nisa and Nest is a space for Muslim women seeking closeness to Allah through the sacred roles He entrusted us with — as women, daughters, sisters, wives, mothers, companions and caretakers of the family unit.

Here, we reflect on the journey of the heart — how it loves, how it struggles, how it returns to its Lord. We write about the moments that shape us: the quiet du’as whispered in solitude, the strength found in patience, the beauty of a marriage built on mercy, and the barakah hidden in everyday family life.

“Nisa” honors the divine wisdom in our creation — as women of faith, with hearts designed for compassion, resilience, and worship. “Nest” symbolizes the sanctuary we are called to build — homes filled with love, remembrance, and trust in Allah.

This blog is for the Muslim woman who wants her life to be an act of ‘ibadah, who longs for companionship that brings her closer to Jannah, who nurtures with intention, all while putting Allah first.

We pray this space brings light to your heart, inspiration and clarity to your path, and serves as a reminder that in every season —

Allah sees you, hears you, and is guiding you.

With love,
